Charles Townsend

Charles Townsend
As a founding Principal of Anchor Associates with more than 30 years of retail real estate experience, Charles Townsend has developed a unique combination of skills as a broker, developer and business leader. As a tenant representative, he has been responsible for leasing multiple locations throughout the Midwest for nationally known retailers such as Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, Lowe's, Dick's Sporting Goods, PetSmart, Old Navy and many others. He has also been involved in the development of more than a million square feet of retail projects, including power centers in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Pennsylvania, as well as single-tenant development for retailers such as Walgreens, Mattress Firm and AT&T. A graduate of the University of Louisville, Mr. Townsend is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Amy Holter

Amy Holter
Since joining Anchor Associates in 1996, Amy Holter has specialized in landlord representation, investment sales and disposition work. In 2005, Amy became a partner in Anchor Associates. She has worked with property owners such as National Amusements, North American Properties, Best Buy, Fifth Third Bank, Walgreens, DDR, Hobby Lobby and Inland Real Estate.

Marianne Holewski

Marianne Holewski
Marianne Holewski joined Anchor Associates in 2002 as a landlord and retailer representative. Her clients include property owners such as Kimco Realty, Aetna and Rabina Realty, as well as Dress Barn, Foot Locker, Bank One, Half Price Books and many other retailers. Previously associated with Koll Management Services and CB Richard Ellis, Marianne is a member of the ICSC and the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors. She was one of the Commercial Top Producers Club's Top Three Retail Producers for 1999.

Gregory Meyer

Greg Meyer
Greg Meyer, a partner at Anchor Associates, joined the company in 2005. He specializes in tenant representation for some of the most noteworthy and desired retail tenants in the country. His client list includes JCPenney, Lowe's, Dick's Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, CarMax, PetSmart, Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic, Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores, Texas Roadhouse, Mattress Firm, AT&T, Carter's, OshKosh B'gosh, Aspen Dental, Justice, Rue 21, Five Below, Party City and FedEx. He has represented these clients in transactions totaling over 1,200,000 square feet.

Dustin Marks

Dustin Marks
Dustin Marks joined Anchor Associates in 2007. He specializes in representing retail tenants in Ohio and Kentucky. Dustin’s clients include: Aspen Dental, AT&T, ATI Physical Therapy, Carter’s, Five Below, Insomnia Cookies, Leslie’s Pool Supplies, OshKosh B’gosh, Party City, Petsmart, Rally House, Rue 21, Visionworks and Which Wich Sandwiches. He is actively involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and serves as State Chairman for Ohio’s Next Generation Program Committees. Dustin is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s Real Estate Program, which has been ranked among the top 5 most influential real estate research institutions in the nation, and is also a member of the University of Cincinnati’s Real Estate Roundtable Program.

George Flynn

George Flynn
George Flynn joined Anchor Associates in 2010 and has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in tenant representation and shopping center dispositions and acquisitions. He has leased more than 950,000 square feet of space and has been involved with over $550,000,000 worth of real estate transactions. In addition, he has developed more than 15 projects totaling 1,100,000 square feet of GLA. His current client list includes AMC Theatres, Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, Chase Bank, Macy’s, Supervalu, Salon Concepts and Which Wich.

David Sheehy

David Sheehy
A graduate of Colorado State University, Dave Sheehy began his real estate career managing and leasing shopping centers for a Cincinnati developer. In 1990, he entered the commercial brokerage business specializing in retail and restaurant representation. Today, Dave’s primary focus is on representing premier restaurant chains throughout the country that are coming into the Ohio and Northern Kentucky markets, providing services such as market analysis, site selection and property disposition.

Jason Gibson

Jason Gibson
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Jason Gibson began his retail leasing career in 2003. Before coming to Anchor Associates in 2013, Jason spent nine years with Regency Centers, a publically traded REIT, handling the leasing on multiple portfolios throughout the East Coast and Midwest. Throughout his career Jason has negotiated more than 450 transactions totaling in excess of 1,500,000 square feet. Jason focuses on landlord and tenant representation throughout Ohio and Kentucky.
